Whistleblowing reports
In compliance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023 on whistleblowing reports, SILVIO FOSSA S.p.A. (“FOSSA”) has set up an internal reporting channel and has adopted the “Whistleblowing Regulation of Silvio Fossa S.p.A.”, available below.
Who can make reports?
Reports may be submitted by persons inside or outside FOSSA, such as employees, collaborators, self-employed workers, trainees, consultants, suppliers, shareholders or persons with administrative or control functions within FOSSA, such as the members of the Board of Directors
What can be reported?
Reports, which should be as detailed as possible, concern violations of the law that harm the public interest or the integrity of FOSSA, such as the commission of a corrupt act or the violation of rules on occupational health and safety or on the environment, as well as violations of the 231 Model or of the Code of Ethics of FOSSA.
The following are not whistleblowing reports and will therefore not be considered:
• grievances, claims or personal requests relating to one’s own employment relationship;
• complaints about the poor performance of the services provided by FOSSA.
